Technical Education and Training International (TETIN) was established in 1985 by E. Oscar Brathwaite to provide a wide range of educational services. It has the capacity and expertise to provide consulting services to a broad cross-section of clients in institutions, organization in developed and developing countries.

MISSION STATEMENT:
We deliver satisfactory services in the areas of technical and 
vocational education and training strategies to meet the diverse training needs of specific institutions and organizations in developed and developing countries and communities.
TETIN has expertise in educational, training and development, and it is equipped to handle a wide range of projects, especially small projects and contracts.
TETIN’s Services include:
- Assist institutions and organizations to identify training
needs assessment; and develop, implement and
evaluate the required training.
- Assist institutions and organizations to maximize their
human resources by providing appropriate training
needs.
- Plan, organize and conduct workshops, seminars,
symposia and in-service training, which would improve
the efficiency of the organization and institution human
resources.
- Develop, implement and evaluate training and learning
materials.
- Evaluate development projects.
- Develop and implement learning materials and
strategies for managing organizational changes in the
education and training sectors.
- Conduct research, prepare feasibility studies, and
develop project proposals for institutions to meet their
specific needs.
- Identify and procure educational equipment and
materials for institutions and organizations.
- Coach: technical teachers, educators, leaders and
trainers in different methodologies.
- Oscar Brathwaite is the CEO and principal consultant for TETIN. He has been involved in providing educational and training services for over thirty five years in different regions, countries and institutions.
